• Maintenance & Support: Ongoing technical support, updates, and system maintenance

Project timelines, deliverables, and specific terms will be detailed in individual project proposals or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements and information
• Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the project
• Designate authorized representatives for project approvals
• Respect intellectual property rights and license agreements
• Provide necessary access and credentials for project implementation

4. Payments & Invoicing

• 50% non-refundable deposit required for project initiation
• Invoices issued monthly or as per project milestones
• Payment terms: Net 15 days from invoice date
• Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest
• Project delays due to pending payments may affect delivery timelines

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. Cashless Infotech retains rights to underlying frameworks, coding practices, and development methods.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. Non-disclosure agreements available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
